Make tech no longer trapped by tech

We are a remote tech team. We have benefited from each new technology but also were trapped by a dozen technologies with conflicts and trade-offs. Now we believe that a healthy team will focus more on optimising to do better work rather than simply replacing tools with better ones. As the saying goes, “a poor workman blames his tools.”

Each individual and team operates at its own pace, facing unique problems and challenges all the time. People will always find an endless stream of products and solutions that look awesome, tempting them to “try - solve something - generate something new - find new - try again”.

During this process, people may feel disengaged and gradually disconnected, leading to a loss of transparency, efficiency, and vitality. That's why we prioritize facing our true selves and connecting with all that we have, so that we can maintain a strong sense of connection and achieve our best work together.

We rethink the underlying logic of work: communication, information and process. We hope to reconnect and scale all the workspaces people already have so that crucial information can appear in every right place at every right time.

Meanwhile, we love open source and are eager to share what we create with the world and those who need it. We believe commercial value cannot come from copyright, even if we created it. As a result of that, we will not price any of our products with licenses but our services, which include: infrastructure, data security, global compliance and implementation training, etc.

More importantly, we expect the average cost reduction from the scale growth to allow us further reduce the pricing. We will also continue to improve our team collaboration to maintain business scale development with the smallest possible team size. We believe that a complex system can only be driven by a small team.
